For clarity, the Site is currently offered as an educational resource without paid access.

12) Dispute resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us and providing a brief written description of the issue and the relief you seek. We will make a good faith effort to respond and, if possible, resolve the dispute.
The informal resolution period is 30 days from the date we receive your notice. If we cannot resolve the dispute within that period, either party may pursue a claim in the courts identified in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
13) Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, are creating risk for other users, or are attempting to interfere with the Site’s security or operation.
If access is terminated, the following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Prohibited Activities, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
